    What I did: Orchestrated the full SDLC for a cloud-native 1099 tax reporting platform. Defined roadmap, ran PI Planning, and aligned cross-functional teams.

  • AI/ML Platforms & Developer Support

    Challenge: Internal teams and external developers lacked scalable support and accurate content classifiers.
    What I did: Built 8+ ML classifiers supporting 135+ product teams, and launched a 0→1 self-serve developer portal. Aligned precision/recall with business KPIs and scaled support coverage through tooling.
